Saint Elmo Architecture Studio (SEAS) is an architecture and design firm with offices in Austin and New York City. Our firm focuses on energy efficiency, sustainable design strategies, Passive House (PHIUS) consulting and site specific design. We take pride in the close working relationships we develop with our clients in responding to their programmatic needs, budget and schedule requirements while maintaining a strong focus on design.
